This semi-aromatic, semi-savoury textural blend has citrus drive, soft yellow fruit, gentle almond and herbal notes overlaid with white & pink blossom. 

Serve with grilled asparagus and halloumi. Boudin blanc (or any sausage), sauerkraut and green peppercorn mustard.

92% Vermentino / 7.5% Chardonnay, 2.5% Sauvignon Blanc. Light and lithe – yet with mid-weight tendencies and a grip that closes out proceedings nicely.
