A special vineyard that was our pride and joy, sadly it was pulled out in the dark times of 2021. It was the good child. The one that is easy to look after, is naturally balance and produces fruit that consistently powerful yet pure. This year we picked a bit earlier, and then played with a bit of malo and battonage to build weight, flavour and texture - we think it is our best Chardonnnay yet! The long but mild growing season offers it a thrillingly fresh finish.
